Professional mirror installation in Cape Town

Mirrors combine weight, glass and visual impact, so they deserve more thought than an ordinary hook. The fixing method needs to suit the wall and the fittings on the back of the mirror, while the final height and alignment need to work with the furniture, basin, mantel or room around it.

Picture Hanging Company installs framed, frameless, round, full-length and oversized mirrors in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels and other commercial interiors. Gift’s team confirms the position with you before mounting and works carefully around the finished space.

Common questions

Planning a mirror installation

Can you hang a very heavy mirror?

Yes. Send the approximate weight and photos first. Mirrors over 15 kg are assessed for heavy-duty hangers, with those hangers charged separately where required.

Can you advise where the mirror should go?

Yes. The team considers the mirror’s shape, the available wall, nearby furniture and the sightline through the room before confirming placement with you.

Do you install mirrors on tiled bathroom walls?

Bathroom mirrors and fittings are part of the mounting service. Share photos of the wall and mirror so the tiled surface and required installation can be assessed.

Do I need to know the wall type?

No. A clear wall photo is useful, and the wall can be assessed properly on site before the fixing method is finalised.
